How We're Changing the Lead Scheduling Flow to Convert More Leads

Case in point: Tenant Turner’s new lead qualification flow.

The redesigned flow is a direct result of our customers’ feedback. And it’s going to help more renter leads go from “I’m interested” to “I booked a showing.”

The New Experience 

With this new experience, the process starts by asking tenant leads to choose the dates and times they’d prefer to view the property. The process starts by presenting your showing schedule, instead of starting with a list of pre-qualification questions.

When a lead opens the link they receive after submitting an inquiry, the first screen they see prompts them to select their preferred showing time, based on the availability provided by you. Here’s an example of what that looks like:

This way, the moment a prospect expresses interest in a property, the first thing they do is select their preferred showing times based on your availability. You capture their intent to schedule before anything else gets in the way.

From there, the flow guides them through the remaining steps: entering their contact information and completing pre-qualification questions based on your rental and account settings.

Depending on how your account is configured, the experience wraps up one of two ways.

If you use Set Appointments, qualified leads receive a confirmed viewing and a reminder to confirm via email and text.

If you use Take Requests, leads see that their preferred times have been submitted and are pending your approval — keeping you in control while still moving the process forward.
