A Bundle of Updates to SerosAccess
Customizable Device Names: You can now personalize how your locks and devices are labeled within the SerosAccess app. Give your locks and devices names that match how you actually think about your properties, whether that’s by unit, building, or address.
Search by Device Name or Number: Quickly locate any device across your portfolio without scrolling through a full list. This is especially useful as your property count grows.
Battery Status: Instantly and easily check the battery levels of all your devices on the My Devices and Details page. That way you know before it becomes a problem.
A Fresher, and Faster User Experience
Along with functional updates to the SerosAccess app, we’ve made a handful of improvements to make the app easier to navigate. These updates include:
- New bottom navigation for quick access to key features, reducing the number of steps to complete common tasks.
- Direct links to setup and installation guides so you can find the help documentation you need right from the app.
- Improved context menus with cleaner, more intuitive options when interacting with devices.
- Filtering and search find devices and information faster with expanded filtering capabilities.
We’ve also made performance improvements, so things should load faster, making navigation through the app even smoother and more stable.
The best part is no action is required on your end — you should’ve already received an in-app prompt to update.
