Tenant Turner Integrations and Syndication Help You Fill Vacancies Faster, With Less Effort

September 7, 2022

Vacant rental properties are costly. Not only are you losing monthly revenue, you’re spending more on operational costs trying to find a new tenant. More time on the market and more manual labor create more of an impact on your business.

What if you could reduce those losses every time you have a vacant rental unit? Tenant Turner lead management software automates critical parts of your leasing process so you can fill those vacancies quicker, while reducing your manual effort.

We’ve built Tenant Turner software to integrate with third-party systems to reduce manual effort and decrease turnaround time on rental properties.

How do Tenant Turner Integrations work?

Tenant Turner integrates with the biggest players in the online rental listings space. We also integrate with some of the most popular property management software solutions — Buildium, Rent Manager, Propertyware, Yardi, AppFolio, and more.

Our integrations make it seamless to share your lead and tenant data across multiple platforms.

Here’s what you get with our integrations:

  • Syndication feed. Create a single rental listing and automatically distribute it to multiple online listing sites. There’s no need to manually reenter the same information again and again. You’ll save time and reduce the chance of manual entry errors.
  • Syndication control. Don’t want to syndicate a listing to every listing site? No problem! Easily toggle syndication channels on and off as you like. Have complete control over your advertising streams.
  • Ad reporting. Automatically pull in performance data from the integrated advertising channels. Get greater visibility to know which sites give you the best results, and fine tune your listings for the highest possible ROI.
  • Self-serve appointments and reminders. Let your tenant leads book their own showings with Tenant Turner showing scheduler. Tenant Turner integrates with popular calendars, including Outlook and Google. Once a showing is booked, send automated reminders via text (SMS) and email.

What Platforms does Tenant Turner Integrate with?

Rent Manager

Rental details (rent amount, description, pictures, etc.) are added to Rent Manager on the unit level. When you make a rental available in Rent Manager, it imports into Tenant Turner where you activate it for showings. Tenant Turner will syndicate your rentals to listing sites for you.

Buildium

Tenant Turner teamed up with Buildium to automate showing pre-qualification, scheduling, follow-ups, and tenant lead management. You can automatically import rental, current tenant, and owner data.

Outlook calendar and Google Calendar

Save time and add convenience — make it easy for prospective tenants to schedule and even confirm their own appointments online. Tenant Turner integrates with Google and Outlook calendars. Configure the settings to send alerts or to auto-cancel if your tenant lead don’t confirm their showing. This helps reduce the risk of no-shows.

What Is Syndication?

Syndication automatically sends your property listings to various online listing sites, based on the settings you choose. Enter the property information once in Tenant Turner, and the software takes care of the rest.

Customize which listing sites a particular rental will advertise with. Turn individual listing sites on and off for a specific rental, or specify this setting at an account level.

  • Apartments.com
  • Zumper
  • Apartment Advisor

Does Tenant Turner Provide Syndication Reporting?

Yes, we do! If you’re syndicating to Zillow, you can view a Zillow Syndication Report to monitor the current status of your syndicated listings. The report shows whether a rental has been posted to Zillow, Trulia, and Hotpads, along with its current status and links to those listings.
